Dencrete HF

(9-12 mm)

Dencrete HF is a Heavy Duty cementitious polyurethane screed based on natural bio-polyol without solvents or any VOC. It provides superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and temperatures. It is dense and impervious and provides an anti slip surface suitable for dry and wet areas where a joint free finish and a robust long-lived floor is required.

Benefits

  • Resistant to Extreme Temperatures
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance
  • Clean & Hygienic
  • High Abrasion Resistance
  • No VOC & Pthalate Free
  • Anti Slip Finish Available

Applications

To provide a heavy duty floor finish with exceptional temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are wet and dry process areas with hot liquid spillage, hot water cleaning, heavy traffic, impact and chemical exposure.

Scope of use

  • Industrial kitchens
  • Loading areas
  • Dairies
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Food & Beverage
  • Cold storage, Chiller & Freezer
  • Meat, Fish & Poultry processing
  • Chemical plant processing

Application conditions

  • Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC., best 15 to 25ºC., max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Appearance

  • Dencrete HF is a coloured smooth floor with white fleck, which is exposed as the surface is trafficked.

Temperature Resistance

  • Dencrete HF is resistant to temperature cycles up to 130ºC wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Life Expectancy

  • 15 - 25 years.

Colours

  • See separate color chart.
