Dencrete MD

(3-5 mm)

Dencrete MD is a is a self levelling cementitious polyurethane floor based on natural bio-polyol without solvents or any VOC. It provides excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and high abrasion resistance. It is dense and impervious and suitable for dry and semi-wet areas where cleanliness, a joint free finish and a robust long-lived floor is required.

Benefits

  • Low Maintenance Cost
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance
  • Clean & Hygienic
  • High Abrasion Resistance
  • No VOC & Pthalate Free
  • Anti Slip Finish Available
  • Temperature Resistant
  • Seamless & Clean Look
  • Low Odour during Installation

Applications

To provide a medium to heavy duty floor finish with high temperature and chemical resistance. Typical uses are dry process areas with heavy traffic and impact and chemical exposure.

Scope of use

  • Industrial kitchens
  • Bakeries
  • Dairies
  • Breweries
  • slaughter houses

Application conditions

  • Temperature 10ºC to 30ºC., best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Temperature Resistance

  • Dencrete MD is resistant to temperature cycles up to 90ºC dry heat and 80ºC. wet heat. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.

Life Expectancy

  • 10 - 20 years.

Colours

  • See separate color chart.
